For over 30 years, I lived my life on the road — long miles, long nights, and a whole lot of time to think about purpose. Somewhere between those highways and quiet moments with God, I started to feel a pull… a calling toward something bigger than just work.

My wife felt it too — but in a different way. She’s a Chief Nuclear Medicine Techologist, responsible for guiding a team and mentoring students stepping into the field. Every day she carries people’s fears, hopes, diagnoses, and prayers. And she literally prays over her patients, over her staff, over her students. She pours out strength even on days when she feels empty.

But in her personal life, she was struggling with something real — staying motivated to take care of herself. Getting to the gym. Eating right. Finding the energy to show up for herself.

And one day she said something that stuck with me:

“I feel stronger when I remember I’m not moving in my strength… but His.”

That’s where Faith & Fitness was born.

Qup901 is our family’s way of turning all of that — the calling on the road, her strength at work, the battles we fight quietly, the faith we lean on loudly — into a brand with purpose.
